  • Proof of Purchase: Your original order confirmation or receipt is required.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Provide Details: Include your order number and clearly state the reason for the return (e.g., Refund, Size Exchange, or Replacement).
  • Shipping Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  • Inspection & Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your requested refund or ship your replacement item.

5. Refund & Processing Time

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days after we complete the inspection for the refund to be processed.
  • Bank Timeline: The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
